Refund policy

Products (such as books)
If you are not satisfied with a product you order from us you may return it to Menlo Innovations LLC ("Menlo") at your expense within seven (7) days of receipt. Products must be returned in new condition for a full refund. For products returned to Menlo in less than perfect condition (damaged covers, wear on book), Menlo will refund up to a maximum of 75% of your purchase price, depending upon condition. Product cost only is refunded - Menlo is unable to refund sales tax or shipping charges. Menlo is unable to provide refunds for unreturned product.

Workshops
Workshop fees are payable in full in advance. If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have registered and prepaid in full then you may receive a full refund or a tuition credit for a future workshop provided that you have notified Menlo at least 1 week in advance of the scheduled start time of the first day of the workshop. If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have registered and prepaid in full and do not timely provide the aforementioned notification, then at Menlo's sole discretion you may be subject to a cancellation fee, your tuition may be forfeited, and/or you may receive a tuition credit for a future workshop. If a workshop is cancelled by Menlo at your discretion you may transfer your payment as a credit to another workshop or receive a full refund.
